Has anyone managed to incorporate PayPal integration into the MiniShop extra? Is this not the best extra to use if you want PayPal integration? I love the simplicity of minishop so it would be great if I could stick with that. I was thinking of trying to avoid the paypal PHP api since I know almost no PHP.
This is my idea for a method to go about it, and it certainly is a bit roundabout. Please let me know if this would work or if PHP integration is easier than I think.
1) Checkout button would not be the minishop "Submit Order" button, but a dynamicly generated paypal button. This is what I mean:

2) After the payment is completed, Paypal would redirect the user to a payment completed page on our website.
3) A script on the payment completed page would submit the previously loaded cart to the minishop system, thus logging it within ModX.
Am I making things more complex than they need to be? Thanks for any guidance you can give me!
