Migrated Site - No Packages - Cant run setup

    Attached is the error I get when I try to re-run setup. Going to have our IT review permissions.

    After migrating, per the RTFM on the subject, I logged in to find that the packages are was empty. The site is working fine, just the manager being janky.

      Looks like PHP sessions are not set up correctly: http://us2.php.net/manual/en/session.configuration.php. Make sure PHP has permission to the save_path.

        Sometimes I had this sessions and permissions issues, when I switched from "run php as apache module" to "run php as fastCGI application".
        Did you check for odd php configuration via phpinfo()?
