    Hi I have two checkboxes on a form I made which don't display on the email I receive when an email sends the form.

    The text fields show fine, but not the checkboxes. If anyone can please help with the simplest solution possible? I don't need them to show if they're not ticked, just when they are.

    Here's my check box code:

    <p>Will You Require a Payment Plan to spread the cost of the course fees over a period of months? <input id="paymentplan" type="checkbox" name="paymentplan" value="[[+fi.paymentplan]]" /></p>
    <h3>Heading</h3>
    <p>If you are booking a course have you studied before? <input id="studiedbefore" type="checkbox" name="studiedbefore" value="[[+fi.studiedbefore]]" /></p>
    <p align="right"><input type="submit" value="Send Booking Enquiry Form" /></p>

    And my tpl:

    <strong>Payment Plan Required:</strong> [[+paymentplan]]<br />
    <strong>Previous Experience:</strong> [[+studiedbefore]]<br />

    Thanks for any help.

      What happens if you replace the placeholders with a static value, such as:

      <input id="studiedbefore" type="checkbox" name="studiedbefore" value="yes" />
