Probleme ajouter nouveau document et plugin tinymce s'affiche plus

Bonjour a tous,

J'ai un soucis qui me bloque sur l'avancé de mon projet, help me please :/ , j'ai réaliser un site et lorsque dans ModX je veut créer un nouveau document depuis une semaine lorsque je veux enregistre un nouveau document il m'affiche ce message : "Une erreur s'est produite lors de la duplication de la ressource", mais lorsque je fait un clique droit >creation rapide > document sa fonctionne.

Depuis l'apparition de ce probleme mon editeur de contenu de ressource "tinymce" ne s'affiche plus, lorsque je veut reinstaller ce plugin il bloque durant sont installation.

J'ai aussi remarque quand je fait une mise a jour de modx il m'affiche une erreur d'acces sur le fichier "config.inc".

• version ModX : MODX Revolution 2.1.5-pl (traditional)
• hebergeur : ovh

Je n'ai jamais rencontré ce type d'erreur, je ne saurais donc par où commencer à chercher (cela peut venir de tant de facteurs!).

En revanche ce qui m'intrigue c'est le fait que le message d'erreur stipule qu'il s'agit d'une duplication de ressource alors que l'opération demandée est une création.

Concernant TinyMCE, y a t-il un message d'erreur renvoyé par MODX ?

Pour la mise à jour, il est fort probable que cela soit dû à un soucis de droits. Un chmod approprié (755 ?) sur le fichier config.inc.php devrait résoudre le problème.

Est-ce un mutualisé (si oui, de quel type ?).

concernent tinyMCE il n'y a pas de message d'erreur, enfaite lorsqu'il est en cour d'install il plonte.

Pour le fichier config.inc.php tu a vue juste.

Si la console de MODX n'affiche aucune erreur, il pourrait être intéressant de regarder du côté de Firebug (ou similaire). Le connecteur doit bien retourner une erreur

Pour les mutualisés, cela doit se trouver dans ta console/interface OVH (ou en regardant les offres http://www.ovh.com/fr/hebergement_mutualise/). N'étant pas client mutu, je ne pourrais t'en dire plus.
Qui qu'il en soit, c'était surtout pour vérifier s'il n'y avait pas eu de modification "majeure" côté serveur (ou d'incidents). Ceci est consultable sur http://travaux.ovh.net/

Si le soucis de droits du fichier de config est résolu as-tu pu mettre à jour MODX ?

pour le problème de duplication, il me semble avoir déjà eu ça et la raison était que mes alias étaient mal configurés et/ou obligatoires.

sinon je pense aussi qu'une mise à jour en 2.2.4 devrait résoudre tes problèmes.
