Can't figure out how to get CSS to show up

I could use some help getting my CSS to show up on the site I'm working on. I managed to get the template up and the HTML is visible; however the links aren't working and my CSS is nowhere to be found. I come from WordPress and have minimal knowledge of CSS/HTML. I thought I could muck my way through getting this dummy site up but I was wrong!

I've been reading through the forums for the last couple of hours and the questions seem to have been resolved, but a lot of the lingo is kind of above my head and doesn't really make sense to me. I've read through some tutorials for beginners but I get lost here at this part.

I'm sure the answer is quite simple and that I've passed over what I'm doing wrong at least 100 times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there - the problem is likely because none of the MODX tags are being parsed. Are you using Revolution? The tags you have used are all for Evolution. Here's how to port them over.
