Hi, after two days of frustration I've finally managed to move my first modx site (2.2.2) from wamp to a live production site. The site is up and functioning, but when I login to manager there's nothing about my site there. The menu and news feed is there, but it says 'undefined' where the tree should be. I feel like I've read every post on this forum to solve it myself, but I'm beat. If anyone has any ideas, I'd be grateful.
Try to turn off compress_js and compress_css from system settings or directly from the database. Then empty the core/cache/ directory.
This just happened to me. Deleting all the files in the core/cache directory fixed it.

PLEASE, PLEASE specify the version of MODX you are using.

Thanks for your replies. I have made compress_js and compress_css values to 0 in the database and deleted all the filesin the core/cache directory, but still no site controls/tree are appearing in the manager. I have to confess I'm beginning to lose faith in using modx, the problems I've encountered compared to WordPress are unspeakable.
Any other input please?
Ok, I jumped the gun a bit, I logged into another computer and the manager is fine. Must be a browser caching issue. FF does that quite a lot!
Turn off all plugins, and if the error disappear turn them on one by one until you find which one is giving you the problem.
Btw, the core team advice to use Chrome with Revolution manager.
