getpage filter operator help

Hi everyone,
I have this snippet call


on my documents I have a TV for the price. I'm trying to create pages for different price ranges.
I've tried the operators from the table here http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/getResources
but beside the == non works for me (equal or higher, equal or smaller than)

anyone sees what am I doing wrong?

Does the formating of the 'property_price' tv match what you are comparing it to? i.e are there any comma's, decimal places or currency symbols in the 'property_price' tv?

I had a simular problem when comparing dates.

Depending on what's in the TV, you might need &processTVs=`1`.

Does it work if you use getResources alone without getPage?
