Changing a domain name

Ok I have finished my website on localhost using MAMP.
Everything looks fine.


I am trying to follow the guide you gave me, but I am already having trouble.


I need to import my local database to the live server, but I get an error access denied.

Do I need to change anything in the sql file before importing it?

With phpmyadmin you just need to click "import" and upload the file.

Yes, but this is when I get into trouble, there is an error while I import the file saying that my database user don't have right.

You may have a database that is not assigned to any user. If you use cPanel you can easily add a user to the database from the control panel. http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/11_30/CpanelDocs/MySQLDatabases#Create%20a%20Database%20User
