403 Forbidden on install

Hi Guys

After choosing the language on the install page, i get a 403 error (Forbidden you do not have permission to access /setup/ on this server)

Setup folder permission is 755, so don' know what the problem might be. Any ideas or is it something i need to raise with my hosting company?

In your setup folder check the permissions on the index.php file, setup/index.php should be 755.

I've had the same problem in the past when the index.php file has permissions set at 775.
