Could not get table class for class: modAccess

I'm seeing this error a lot in my logs:

E.g. when a user is created by the Login.Registration Snippet. Any ideas?

MODX 2.2.3
PHP 5.3.10
MySQL: 5.0.95-community-log

Is your Login package up to date? A new version was released recently.
