Revo 2.2.2 and Friendly URLs on IIS

After upgrading from 2.1.5 to 2.2.2, my friendly URLs have stopped working. Can anyone thing of what could cause this or better yet, what I need to do to fix it ( other than switching to Linux, I'm working on that path )?

Well after a few hours of banging my head on the desk, I ended up having to manually kill the cache files in /core/cache/

Leaving this posting incase someone in the future has a similar issue
