How to back up modx data( include the templates, chunks, and the variable value )

I don't know you guys have the same experience to me that when I eidted a template and click to save it, but maybe some network failure or other reasons some line of codes in the bottom missed...I know that's so weird but it is truth..so I want to back up my templates and chunks to handle this situation in the future.Can you guys give me some suggestions?
