    (MODx 0.96, NewsPublisher 1.4, Ditto 2.0.2)

Maybe I’m missing something but I cant seem to find the information I’m looking for in the places I’m looking (common problem, centralizing resources maybe good idea?).

Here’s my problem using NewsPublisher; when a newspost is published only the content part can be seen, not the author or the date is was published. In the summery view using ditto this information is included, but when the link to the article is followed only the description (longtitle) and the content is shown in the page. Is there a template chunk or something in which I can adjust what is shown, because I can’t find any and the parameter &template for NewsPublisher refers to the overall page template and not to a template (chunk?) used for the article...

Some help would be appreciated, thnx,

    Drew

Please, anyone? I made a special page template in which I included the [+author+] and date (:[+createdon:date=`%D`+] [+createdon:date=`%B`+] [+createdon:date=`%d`+] [+createdon:date=`%Y`+]) into the body between the [*longtitle*] and the [*#content*], but this doesn’t work. Maybe that was to be expected because the author and date are dependent on the content... (btw what is the difference between the *, the + and the *# ?).

Ditto call of the summery (pretty standard I think):
      [[Ditto? &startID=`2` &summarize=`5` &removeChunk=`Comments` &tpl=`ditto_blog` &paginate=`1` &extenders=`summary,dateFilter` &paginateAlwaysShowLinks=`1` &tagData=`documentTags`]]

      Newspublisher call (also pretty standard):
      [!NewsPublisher? &folder=`2` &postid=`2` &formtpl=`FormBlog` &footertpl=`Comments` &makefolder=`1` &rtcontent=`tvblogContent` &aliastitle=`1` &clearcache=`1`!]
Please help me...please have mercy tongue

I’m not gonna get this one on my own, thnx anyway,

      Drew

PS, here nothing is said to cover my question...nor here
