I installed Revolution 2.2.2 on a shared Godaddy server and everything works, except some gif images in the manager are not appearing. For example:

    1) When clicking on HELP, the help pop-up appears, but there is no close button. The pop-up will close if you click where the close button is supposed to be, though.
    2) When editing a TV, selecting "Template Access", the "Access" checked.gif or unchecked.gif images do not appear. Although if I hover my mouse over the area where the images should be, it acts like they are there and they may work if clicked, I don't know.

I am very new to this, but have checked directory permissions and that the image and css files exist on the server.

    Any help would be appreciated...

Figured out temporary solution: in system settings, disabled Compressed CSS...

    Thanks,
