i was about to say the same as breezer, some server are very slow to retreive the rss feeds, i recently had the same issue and deleting the two feeds made things normal again
i would just add a little thing, if you only empty the two rss links in the config you manager will throw errors (not visible if not in a debuging tool but it's never a good thing)
in order to have it work without errors you should comment those lines (as shown)
