Hi all,
To implement testimonials I use Quip 2.3.1 on modx revo 2.2.1
I can moderate the testimony flow and manage their approval but I can not receive notification when new testmonial is send . The moderator group is Administrator with a single user indicated in the moderators parameter.
Email To, From Email:, Email Reply-To are initialized with my email

In the error log I have:
[Quip] Moderator Notifications Could not be sent for comment
Note that I correctly receive messages sent from the contact page.

I tried to create a Moderators group with the administrator as moderator user. The Quip policy is good. The notify emails are not sent.
I tried to update my modx revo to the last version 2.2.2 ,
I tried to update my php version to 5.3.8 and that has not solved the problem and seemed to add one with stopforumspam connexion.
I just tried to install Quip and my testimonials page on my hosting online server and notifications are working....
The problem seems to be on localhost.
