I'm seeing this on a 2.2.1 site. The little + sign is missing for all properties, even for standard snippets like Login.
If I update a property, the description key and the lexicon topic are correct and the language strings are there when I go to Lexicon Management.
compress_js and compress_css are off.
Any idea what could cause this?
