Having all kinds of issues updating 2.2.1 -> 2.2.2 blank screens mostly. in the apache log I get:

The upgrade has not been performed successfully. Those errors indicate the database changes in 2.2.2 were not applied.

You'll also need a new version of Polls for 2.2.2 due to subtle breaking change in 2.2.2 which Polls relied on (despite other methods being advised in the docs).
hmmm - so try to upgrade it again and then update polls...

But have you fully cleared out your cache folder, manually?
