What does the yourDB_users table in the database contain? I've seen this when the admin user doesn't have Super User permissions upon setup. How did you install MODX? QuickInstall from cPanel has installed admin users without permissions before for me.

I installed it by this way. I uploaded the files in cPanel, then I went to example.com/setup and followed the instruction. I did a screen shot, look. thank you for reply.

The screenshot is of the active user's table. Look at the users table's contents. Is your user present? What is the primary_group setting?

You also should look at the documentation for file permissions in case something got wonked during install.

Have you read the installation documentation? http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Home

I don't know what the problem is, sorry. Anything in the error logs?

Your image shows the table structure, not the contents. You need to select "browse" on the table to see the entries.

Have you tried clearing the cache manually? In ftp or cpanel file manager look in core->cache. Delete all the files in the cache folder (not the cache folder itself).

Yes I tried to clear to cache, but it did not help. I can't do that screenshot, because When I try to select browse , it says that "Table seems to be empty." ...What to do else?

Well, then there's no entries in the table, thus no users. Something didn't take when you did the install. Chances are, your database user permissions aren't correct. Check your database user in the cPanel. Check the user's permissions. If you didn't create a full user when you made the user in cPanel, and check off ALL then the user has limited permissions and thus, can't make any changes in the database. Thus, it couldn't create the administrator.
