A wee observation based on my experience of trying to find packages to do stuff that I want.

    I can't!

Well, I can but it's not easy.

What would make it a helluva lot easier would be if package authors posted a nice clear description of "What it's for" in the description of their packages. Some do, but others don't, and all I see is a huge heap of changelog and bug fixes going way back to when my granny used MODx. Not much use when trying to select the one I need. Remember that some of us have no idea what these addons are, and would be more likely to download and try them if we did.

I know most of them have links to their documentation pages (probably a more appropriate place for older changelog and bug fix info), but it would be faster and easier to pinpoint useful addons if they were described in a more standardised manner (as mobile apps probably are).

    Just a thought.

    Thank you!
