How to Change Confirm Register Email From (email address)

I just finished learning how to setup my front end registration and login resources and elements and all is working perfectly.

However, I just noticed that the confirmation email that gets sent to the new user is from MODX Revolution <[email protected]>!

Can anyone point me to where I need to go to change this setting? Naturally, I want the new user to see something like My Site <[email protected]>

First you will need to change MODXRevolution to your site name. Just go to system settings-core- search for sitename and change it. Under settings is also an entry e-mailsender. Maybe if you change the e-mail address there it`´s enough. [ed. note: Susann last edited this post 14 years, 4 months ago.]
