Login.Request Membership Works In Safari But Not In Firefox or IE

I'm having a problem with my Login.Request Membership page ... it works perfectly on the Safari browser, but in IE or Firefox, after filling out the form and clicking the Submit button, all the fields go blank and nothing happens.

Can you tell me what the problem could be? If I fill out the form in Safari, then go get the email and click the email link to complete the Membership process, I can then use Firefox or IE and the Login page and all that follows works as it should.

UPDATE | Problem Fixed:

I discovered what the problem was. I was using a graphic image for the submit button instead of the form-button and that was messing things up (but not in Safari for some reason).
