Hi all,

Got a blog setup with MODx, I have it so I can submit articles on the frontend (like it does out the box), problem is, the new articles don’t seem to inherit the blog folder TV content, anyway to do this, or will I have to scrap the TV’s and place in template?

Do they have the same template, and is the default value @INHERIT?

I am submitting blog entries from the frontend so there are no options in terms of TV’s. As in the demo out of the box, the blog entries go into the main blog folder, just with my setup, they don’t seem to assign TV’s.

Whatever template the posts are assigned will determine what TV’s they have access to, and if you set those TV’s default values to @INHERIT, then the new posts will automatically inherit the TV values from their parent directories.
