can't login to manager

I ca’t login to manager for a site I did few months ago. I must have gotten the password wrong, and after few attempts, it tells me "Due to too many failed logins, you have been blocked!".

I thought I have the send password feature on with my email address, so I requested a password be sent, but I don’t received that email. This is so stupid and lame of me. Is there a way I can unlock the admin?
