Context - 404 File not found

I'm using the modx revolution 2.2.1-pl and I would like to create a new context and I would like that the default context appear without folder and the other context with the folder, like:
Default context: http://www.mydomain.com
Other context: http://www.mydomain.com/pt/file.html

I think that I get but the problem is that I just can see the first page of the context when I try to see the other pages of the context I have 404 Page Not Found.

It would be problem with the htaccess file? Please could you assist me?

Have you set the appropriate context settings for your context (e.g., site_url)?

Do you have the following tag in all your templates?

Would be good to see your context configuration (site_url, base_url etc) to see if that's properly set up.
