breaking up long pages, like --MORE-- in Wordpress?

Hi All,
As you know, sometimes it’s desireable to break up a long page into parts, so you might have the first bunch of text, then maybe you have links to the next pages like....

1 - 2 - 3

... or at least just a "more" link to the next part. Wordpress uses "--more--" for that, and it’s very handy. Anything like that in MODx, maybe a snippet or command?

Thanks!!!!!
