TinyMCE inserts space before and after links, and before paragraphs

    I've got two installations (that I've noticed) where TinyMCE is creating a space before and after a link not only in the html output, but also in the editor itself.

    It's also inserting a space before every new paragraph.

    Both installations are running Revo 2.2.1-pl

    ??? Help?

    Additionally, if a resource is static, then TinyMCE isn't available for TV's. Is this a bug or intentional? It's rather irritating actually.
