I am trying to work, locally, on an existing site that I am inheriting. In order to access the manager I need SSL enabled. It seems it would be easier to just turn it off (or otherwise not require it). How do I do this? I don't see anything in htaccess requiring it so I assume it is set some other way in MODX?
There is no htaccess file being served specifically for the manager yet any attempts to access it end up redirecting to https:// and then erroring out because I do not have SSL set up on my local environment (MAMP).
How can I turn off SSL locally so I can work in the manager?
