filemanager not working

I had modx evo 1.05 installed in a subdirectory for testing purposes. I moved it to root. I changed paths (tools config) and they are same as is shown in phpinfo. File manager still doesn't show any files. I tested it by uploading file. It is shown. When I delete it, a message shows still old path. So I cant change path to right in tools config. Is there any file to edit manually?

old filebasepath:
/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.net/httpdocs/modx/assets/

new path:
/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.net/httpdocs/assets/

Path seems to be right in modx, but it is not changed.

I have done same way earlier, and everything went fine. This is not same server.

Check your .htaccess file and see if everything is ok there. Not sure if this is the issue though, as the FileManager is on another folder.

It is also possible that the FileManager folder doesn't have the right permissions.

There are two places to change the path; did you get them both? One in "Interface and Features", and one in "File Manager". It's also possible that individual users had the paths set in the user's User tab.

I think this is the issue! Try to go to "Security > Manage Users", open your manager user, go to "User" tab and make sure that on "Uploadable Image Types", "Uploadable Media Types", "Uploadable Flash Types", "Uploadable File Types", the checkbox "Use System Configuration Setting" is selected.

BTW, it has happend to me many times that I found these checkboxes empty when moving from one server to another, it's a bug?

Thanks a lot. That solved problem. Those user configurations paths had not changed. I had checkboxes, but there was still old paths.

Earlier I have not had that kind of problems.
