How To Create an EditorAccount for only specific pages

I'm a bit Confused. I tried the Tutorial on http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Security+Tutorials for restricting elements from Users. But it's the complete other way I want to go.
I'd like to create an User which has only editing rights for 1-5 Pages.
The only way I found was to restrict all other pages (50+), not give access to the right pages (3+).
Is there any way to give my Shop-Editor his rights the "easy way" or must I restrict the whole site expect the Sites for the Shop-Editor

No, that's the way to do it. All other resources must be protected. You can use the DefaultResourceGroup extra to automatically add all new docs to the protected resource group.
