How to contribute a package?

This is probably a stupid question, but once I've created a package that I want to share with everyone, how do I get it on modx.com?

Related question: How can I document my package? Is it only in the readme? Can non-core packages get a page on the documentation wiki?

You'll have to login.

For documentation, go to the official documents, login, and then add page.

How does one get an ID for the documents Wiki? I can login no problem but when trying to share my initial draft entry with another user (specifically Michael) a search on his user id comes up empty. Other Michael's show up however.
