Formit not sending validating and sending

Hi, I was getting formit it work earlier, it seemed it took awhile for it to show up in but it would send. Now it is not, I tried Bob's Quickemail snippet and it works great. Dont know what else to try Attaching code here thanks in advance. Yes I did change the email to a bogus one before posting.

A set of unrelated fragments!
To start you need to bring in the very form of the right kind, it is a lot of mistakes. An example here:http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/FormIt.Examples.Simple+Contact+Page

Example of errors:
You use input with different names but write in the same tag value option
As there is no CAPTCHA form, you are in a call to specify it.
The absence of a hidden field in the form of spam, you specify in the call.
Then you are in the form of attachment, respectively, the form tag you have to add

enctype = "multipart / form-data"

A lot of mistakes, try to teach the lesson of the above and try again.

Thanks man, that exactly what I needed to do... Work through it and understand the calls. I started over, removed what you pointed out and added the enctype and all is well!
