Answered MODX install on Bluehost - Stalled at 'Connection Information'

    My new MODX install on Bluehost is stalled at 'Connection Information'. I have entered all the information, all been vereified. When I click on 'test connection' at bottom absolutely nothing happens. Just get 'javascript void (0) showing in corner. Checked I have javascript enable in browser.
