Post-install using simplescripts on bluehost

Get only unformatted list of Dashboard, tools, reports, etc. (see attached screenshot).
But nothing works when clicked.
Do not see "Install successful" message or formatted page. No error code shown.
Tried twice on different domains.

That's the Manager without its CSS file.

I haven't tried the SimpleScripts install at Bluehost in a while because they always seem to be a little bit behind on the current version.

You could try turning off the compress_js and compress_css System Settings -- in the Manager if you can or in PhpMyAdmin in the modx_system_settings table if you can't do it in the Manager.

You might check all the paths and URLs in the core/config/config.inc.php file.

You could also download the MODX .zip file for *exactly* the same version and copy the manager folder to the site.

That said, I would be inclined to just delete the whole thing and start over with a download from MODX, especially if the database is still Latin1 by default.
