Hi,

quick question.
```
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.DOMAINNAME\.TLD [NC]
```
In the FURL manual we are instructed to replace the .TLD with com, net, org or whatever.

In the cases of .co.uk and .co.jp etc, do we go
```
www\.DOMAINNAME.co\.uk
```
or
```
www\.DOMAINNAME\.co.uk
```
or does it even matter?
