HTML/CSS already is a theme in MODX. And regarding exclusive extras, what would be exclusive extra? Please, provide some examples...

@blackcheck has a point here, the difference between WP/Joomla and MODX is that theming on MODX is so simple that an HTML template is already a working template. Joomla/WP use many files and they work in a way that installing a new template takes just one click, so basically it makes sense to sell templates for those platforms.
Plugins and extras that are supported and stable would be very useful though. Expecially e-commerce solutions.

The themes would include content planing, like Blog layouts (with the blog created with modx tools)... Dynamic menus and etcetera... But the main objective is to sell high quality designs, not just HTML/CSS. I see lots of amatuer templates here on the forum, and I thought, some developers don't want and don't have to be designers, so we could provide a nice design for the websites and the developer would focus on the content itself...
The exclusive plugins would be like content slider with management throught the panel, e-commerce tools, product catalog tool and others...

Regarding design, I think it is kinda stretched. I mean there are a lot of sites which sell design as well.
Regarding plugins, I would be more than happy to develop some, but you must be much more specific than just saying e-commerce tool, product catalog tool...

The reason there isn't a site like this focused on MODX is because you can use those same Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal templates and get them working in MODX with a little bit of work.
I'm sure some users would like more templates in the extras ready to download but most of the people that use MODX want to use their own template.
Just my 2 cents
