Undefined class constant 'OPT_CONN_INIT'

    Hi there,

    Getting this error when I try to load the manager after moving servers:
    Undefined class constant 'OPT_CONN_INIT' in /index.php on line 56

    Found a post that said to set the date.timezone?
    Did this, still no joy...

    Any idea?
