I have searched the heck out of the forums and Google to figure this out. When I create a new resource, the "Uses Template" never selects the default, whether it be the system setting default or the user setting value. For the admin it selects template 5 and for a restricted user it selects Template 9, which it doesn't even have access to.
The system setting and the user setting are both set to template 2, but it doesn't work. I am working in 2.2.1-pl on LAMP. Am I missing something?
