Installing the CMS - Blank page problem .. again

Hi there,

I have installed the CMS on a webhost and everything worked fine.
Then I tried to move the CMS to another site (but which is hosted on the same webhost).
The database is ok, the tables have been modified, and the configuration file is also ok, but still when I enter the site I get a blank page.
Any ideas out there ?

Thanks Ahead
Webhost running on :
Apache 1.3.31 with security patches from 1.3.33
php5.2.3
MySQL 4.1

Could be an htaccess problem. Could be permissions. Could be config files needing to be updated. Hard to tell more though without the information from the "help us help you" link in my signature.
