PHP5.3, CloudLinux (eek!) and suphp
Modx 2.2.2
Plugins: getResources + phpthumbof + gallery + wayfinder + simplesearch + migX. All current except for migX, which is beta2. But there are no issues related to it, and it's just being used for pictures, so that's not the issue.
No tables anywhere near 1 mb.

Problem: really really slow page load - but I'm used to that on CloudLinux + Modx
Here's my server error log:

(etc. It says that for a whole bunch of different URLs., I can list them if you like, but they all say the exact same thing.)
My ModX error log says that my sqlserver "has gone away", but it doesn't say anything right now, 'cause I cleared it by accident and it hasn't come back.
I am also getting a ext.js error pop-up in the manager which says
"Unexpected token <:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator,
[email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Very slow and intermittent manager performance, as well.
I've disabled compression for js and css, and that helped a bit.
Sigh.
This site functioned OK with 2.2.1. Not fast, but no errors either.
