Any help or ideas on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
I moved the site to a new server and have everything fired up and working. There is just the one issue that changes aren't being made/saved to css files in the Edit File area in the manager. Other files will save changes but they have the same file permissions of 644 (inside folders of 755) so I don't think that can be the problem.
I had to turn the compress_css and compress_js options off as the manager wasn't functioning with either of them turned on.
I used cpanel to zip and unzip the site files when changing servers so there is a possibility something went awry there but I didn't really want to move everything again since this is only a small issue and everything else is working fine now.
