Hi, I set up a first time site using revo 2.2.0pl, and followed the tutorials on Bob's guide to successfully add a new user (my client) so they could edit site content. I made a duplicate of the standard Access Policy- 'Content Editor', before checking/ unchecking the features i wanted my client to be able to access inside the manager area. However, it seems my client is unable to upload / edit any images using tinymce. I've logged in as that user, and once in the document with RTE enabled, i can select the image in question, then click on the edit-image-icon in tinymce, which opens the image box. By clicking on the right side icon to upload a new image, we get as far as selecting a file to upload. Beyond that, it's a blank screen and nothing happens at all.

I'm thinking this may be down to a particular feature in the access policy that needs to be checked/ un checked, but after much trial and error cannot find it or any kind of solution. Any ideas or suggestions would be a great help.

This is most definitely a permission issue, I suggest you duplicate the admin template and disable the features you don't want the user to have since the predefined user roles are a bit limiting.

Make the user an admin or super user but restrict him to a user group that will help you achieve what you want to do.

Check out my ACL tutorial it might help you.
