embedding an RSS feed form an external source

Hi,

I was wondering if there’s a snippet that acts like a feedreader but just displays rss feeds on a page with the ability to refresh itself at designated time intervals?

I am trying to embed some RSS feeds from job sites in a page in accordance with certain criteria.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
