Need help to delete the recent uploaded FileDownload R version

Hi,
I uploaded an updated version of FileDownload R, RC3, but then I reverted it back because I forgot something obvious in that update.
Because there is no 'revert' or 'delete' option, I made it 'Inactive' only.

Since then, the extra link is broken, and I could not upload any update with the same version.

Is there any moderator whom can help my by deleting that RC3 version?
