    Hallo,

I’m still trying around with many features of MODx (0.9.6). Today it’s the "Manager users".

I have just set up a new role "Redakteur" with all the rights of the second group (content management) checked and adittionally I checked "change password" and "save password" of the first group.

Then I set up a new user with role "Redakteur". He (actually that’s me) receives an email with his password. I login and first thing I want to do is change my password. Well, I know I could have set my desired password at the time of generating the second user, but I dont want to do that for users different than me.

But: I cant’ find a way in the manager to access my password.

-- Just looking again to be sure I really can’t find it --

Oohla, friends. I got it. Was I blind? I think so. For all who might have the same problem in the future, I will post it here:

Just klick in the upper right corner of the manager interface on your user name and you will be prompted for a new password.

    Sorry for bothering ...

Actually FuryDE, that’s not blatantly obvious and probably could use a menu item under Security (or in the upper right): My Profile or My Password. Care to file a feature request for that one?

Well, I could do that. Can you tell me where, please?
