In the last MODX Revo version - 2.2 non English friendly URLs stoped to work.
For example if I create page titled with Cyrillic and click on View button, an empty page opens.
With English titled pages all is ok but non english is problematic.
Please help to solve the issue.

There is a bug with UTF-8 encoded characters in URLs in 2.2.1-pl which has been fixed and will be available in 2.2.2-pl shortly.

See this pull request for more information.
