Hello just upgraded a site from 2.2 to 2.2.1 and I am getting this error when logging into manager:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/content/18/8740018/html/core/model/modx/modmanagerresponse.class.php on line 41

Any ideas? Thanks for your time!

Maybe you missed some files during uploading the update via ftp? (this sometimes happens)
Try uploading everything again and run setup again.
