My hosting company just moved my Revo 2.2.1 site to a new server claiming they didn't change anything. But now I can't access certain resources. IE8 says "website cannot display the page", most likely causes being "website under maintenance" or "website has a programming error." Firefox doesn't say anything - just gives me a blank page. I can display all the templates in manager and a few of the resource pages. I can see Resource Groups under Security but can't access "Manage Users" or "Access Controls."
I've reinstalled Revo, tried a backup of MySQL database, but same problems. PHP version is php_libphp5, Apache ver 2.2, OS is centos 5.3. MySQL version is 5.0.77.

Can you check the error log? Did anything show up there? Clear Cache? Try turning off Compress JS in System->System Settings.
The MODx error log only reports the problem with not being able to delete the Setup folder after I tried installing 4 times (shown below). The apache log I can't get to, at least not at the location described. There are logs in my site root but they appear to have been moved over from the old server because the latest date is March. At this point I don't have any permissions in Manager, so the resource pane doesn't even show.
