Blog Tags

Okay, I’m still largely playing around with the main site features enabled along side the "example site" with the installation - but have run into a slight problem.... now, I’m probably just blind and missing the obvious, but how do I define and assign tags to blog entries?

Pardon my ignorance if this is as clear as day, but I cannot find any easily accessible information on this. I apologize if I’m overlooking something thats been answered a million times before.
