The script whose uid is 10401 is not allowed to access....Error

Hi

I hope this is the right place to put this apologies if not. I have installed Modx a few times now and have never had an issue. I am trying to install on a different server for a client and keep coming up with the following errors...I am not up on my errors so am unsure how to proceed...I tried to install the latest version and got the same errors, I went back a version just to make sure it wasnt the version I was trying to install, so I am either not making something writable or The hosting doesnt support this system, which I was assured it would. please note I have taken out the user path and just replaced with ...(user path) in the errors.

Any help much appreciated as I am v stuck

Looks as though you have safe mode :- 'Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect' and open basedir restrictions :- Warning: file_put_contents() [function.file-put-contents]: open_basedir restriction in effect.'

You may also have perms problems :- The script whose uid is 10401 is not allowed to access ...(user path)/modx-2.2.0-pl2/core/cache/setup owned by uid 80.....

If safe mode is on it needs to be turned off by your hosts.

Thanks I will contact my hosts and see if they have safe mode on.
